3月3日，万楼·青年码头集装箱街市开市，湖南台著名主持人YOYO与高旭联袂主持，汪涵、何炅等众多大咖齐齐上阵，为万楼加油。中国顶级魔术师邓男子在这里上演魔术秀，为大家留下了精彩的魔法开箱时刻。现场人声鼎沸， 仅3天就有超 16万人来这里打卡。

5月20日，万楼·青年码头联合雨湖区民政局婚姻登记处打造湖南首个古楼婚姻登记中心，52对新人集体 吻亮万楼，520专属光影秀，还有恋爱铛铛车、冒险大马戏等，让整个万楼沉浸在浪漫氛围中。截至当天，万楼景区开市78天，游客人数已突破100万人次。
