项目位于广东省佛山南海三山片区，地处场地交通最便捷地段。保利华南对项目的定位是打造粤港湾首个电竞主题产业项目。建筑规划的业态比较丰富，包括电竞产业园、产业办公、商业、LOFT公寓、青年公寓、长租公寓等等。所以，麦垦景观提出符合电竞气质的设计主题—红与蓝的对决。
The project is located in the Nanshan area of Foshan, Guangdong Province, and is situated in the most convenient transportation area. Poly South China's positioning for the project is to create the first esports themed industry project in the Guangdong Hong Kong Bay area. The architectural planning has a relatively diverse range of formats, including esports industrial parks, industrial offices, commerce, LOFT apartments, youth apartments, long-term rental apartments, and so on. So, Maiken Landscape proposes a design theme that conforms to the temperament of esports - a red and blue duel.

对抗与融合看似是一对矛盾体，在这里却是一个永恒的旋律。展示区的主要业态分为电竞与产业办公两个板块，设计以电竞主题为切入点，通过营销体验将整个场地联系在一起；将年轻人未来的生活方式，社交方式，工作方式串联起来，营造一个多元化的属于年轻人的乌托邦。
Confrontation and integration may seem like a pair of contradictions, but here they are an eternal melody. The main formats of the exhibition area are divided into two sections: esports and industrial office. The design focuses on the theme of esports and connects the entire venue through marketing experiences; Connect the future lifestyle, social and work styles of young people, and create a diverse utopia that belongs to young people.

产业办公区域的设计逻辑应该是：先有了一片树林，再有建筑、路网、功能空间。自然就形成了人与人参与交流的生态空间。
The design logic of industrial office areas should be: first, there is a forest, then there are buildings, road networks, and functional spaces. Nature has formed an ecological space for human to human participation and communication.

林荫下设置为停留的人提供户外办公、交流和游戏的空间。异形的树桌应该更加符合年轻人需求。三五组队开黑，在王者荣耀、吃鸡的世界里与你的队友一起战斗。
Under the shade of the trees, a space is set up for people who stay to work, communicate, and play outdoors. The irregular tree table should better meet the needs of young people. Team up in groups of three or five and fight with your teammates in the world of King of Glory and Chicken Eating.

林下的商业外摆空间更好的提供了办公、工作餐、商务洽谈的功能。
