深圳购物中心将在今年下半年迎来开业高峰期。记者昨日从第一太平戴维斯了解到，预计2018年年末，深圳购物中心新增供应量将达到140.8万平方米，福田区将成为供应大户。

今年上半年，深圳有三处购物中心开业，分别是福田的深业上城、龙岗的万象汇和海航城，至此，深圳的购物中心存量达到638.2万平方米。

从商场首层平均租金来看，今年二季度的水平为每平方米每月858.8元，环比下跌2.3％，同比下跌2.2％。

2018年三季度，预计将有4处新的高端零售物业入市，共计为市场带来25.5万平方米的零售体量。到了年末，深圳购物中心的新增供应量将达到140.8万平方米。
